Fish bites with cheese crust

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 package (250 g) TK-"4 Goldback-Files
  • 500 g large potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS grated gouda
  • 150 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS wine vinegar, sugar
  • 1 small peppers (e.g. yellow)
  • 1/2 Lettuce
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 bunch Radishes
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry the fillets for 13-15 minutes without defrosting them, turning from time to time

    Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Fry in 1-3 tablespoons of hot oil for about 10 minutes, salt

    Mix cheese, sour cream and mustard and season. Fill potatoes and fish into a greased ovenproof dish. Pour sauce over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, some sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil. Clean, wash and chop the vegetables. Mix with the sauce

    Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over the fish. Add salad

  6. 6

    Drink: apple juice spritzer
