Fish bites in tomato and olive sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 peeled onion (30 g)
  • 1 small peeled
  • 7-10 Tbsp Garlic clove
  • 1/2 small polished
  • 7-10 Tbsp chili pepper
  • 6-8 paprika-filled olives
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 200 g chunky tomatoes (from the package)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 150 g Saithe fillet
  • 1 TEASPOON dried herb
  • 50 g Baguette-Brot
  • 10 g Half-fat margarine

Directions

    Cut onion into rings. Chop garlic. Wash the chilli pepper and cut into fine rings. Halve olives if necessary.

    Fry the garlic, onion and chilli in hot oil. Deglaze with tomatoes, bring to the boil. Add olives. Season to taste

    Wash the fish, pat dry and cut into pieces. Season with salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon herbs. Place on the tomato sauce, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes

    Cut the baguette into slices and roast if necessary. Spread half-fat on the baguette. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. herbs and season. Arrange everything
