Peel garlic and chop very finely. ##Polish## and clean the mushrooms. Halve mushrooms and herb sidlings. Prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Pour into a sieve, quench and drain. In the meantime, heat olive oil and rapeseed oil in 2 portions in a large pan. Sauté the mushrooms in two portions while turning. Take them out.
Meanwhile, wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Sauté the garlic briefly in the frying fat. Add mushrooms and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix in ##noodles## and basil, heat up briefly.
Arrange noodles with mushroom vegetables in deep plates.
