Mix the baking mix, fat and eggs with the dough hooks of the hand mixer until smooth. Pour into a piping bag with a medium-sized star-shaped spout (approx. 7 mm), spray wreaths (2-3 cm Ø) onto trays lined with baking paper.
Put some poppy-seed cake in the middle of the wreaths. Bake in a hot oven (electric range: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) on the middle shelf for about 15 minutes. Cool down.
