Fine bouillon with vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 100 g small noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. fork spaghetti)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 (approx. 200 g) thick carrots
  • 1-2 (approx. 200 g) Courgette
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) butter/margarine
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS clear consommé
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley z. Garnish

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8-9 minutes. drain

    Peel and chop the onions. Clean or peel and wash the vegetables and cut or slice them into fine strips

    Heat the fat. Brown the onions and vegetables in it. Add 1 1/2 l hot water and bring to the boil. Stir in stock and cook everything for about 2 minutes. Heat up the pasta. Season stock, arrange and garnish with parsley
