Fiery asparagus from the wok

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 kg white asparagus
  • 500 g green asparagus
  • 2 Beefsteaks (approx. 200 g each)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS oil, salt, pepper
  • 5-6 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 4-6 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek

    Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into sticks. Wash the asparagus. Peel the whites and cut off the woody ends. Cut off only the green ends generously. Halve the asparagus lengthwise and cut i

    Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large frying pan. Brown the meat well. Season and remove. Heat 1-2 tbsp. oil in the frying fat. Fry vegetables and garlic for 5-6 minutes.

    Wash the coriander, pluck. Peel and chop the ginger. Add to vegetables with soy sauce and sambal, fry for another 1-2 minutes. Fold in meat and coriander, heat up. Season to taste and arrange everything. Goes well with rice
