Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large frying pan. Brown the meat well. Season and remove. Heat 1-2 tbsp. oil in the frying fat. Fry vegetables and garlic for 5-6 minutes.
Wash the coriander, pluck. Peel and chop the ginger. Add to vegetables with soy sauce and sambal, fry for another 1-2 minutes. Fold in meat and coriander, heat up. Season to taste and arrange everything. Goes well with rice
