Ingredients

  • 150 g strained tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g) frozen onions
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) deep-frozen 8-herb mixture
  • 125 g fresh fettuccine (ribbon noodles)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Put tomatoes, onions and herbs in a pot. Bring to the boil, simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain and let drain.

    Season the sauce with salt, pepper and sugar. Serve the pasta with the sauce. Garnish with basil.
