Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 60 g Potato Chips
  • 40 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 800 g firm feta
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Finely crumble the potato chips and mix with breadcrumbs.

    Beat the eggs. Cut feta into 8 long pieces. First turn in 2 slightly heaped tablespoons of flour, then pass through the eggs and finally turn in the cornflakes. Press down well.

    Fry in 4 tablespoons of hot oil all around for about 5 minutes until the cheese becomes soft.
