Ingredients

  • 60 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 150 g Flour
  • 5 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Cinnamon-sugar mix
  • 1 l oil for frying

    Bring butter, salt, sugar and 125 ml water to the boil. When the fat is completely melted, add flour all at once. Stir with a wooden spoon until a white layer forms on the bottom of the pot and the dough comes off the bottom of the pot as a lump. Pour into a bowl. Stir in 1 egg, let it cool down for about 10 minutes. Stir 4 eggs one after the other into the dough. Add last baking powder
