Farmhouse bread with paprika and cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red and green peppers (200 g each)
  • 1 Onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 100 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 4 discs farmhouse bread
  • 8 discs (30 g each) Maasdam
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the peppers and cut them into fine rings on a slicer. Peel and slice the onion. Sprinkle slices with sweet paprika as desired. Mix mayonnaise and mustard. Spread bread with the cream.

    Spread the paprika on top. Roll up cheese slices and place on the bread. Spread the rest of the cream on the cheese. Garnish with slices of onion and parsley
