Wrap tortillas in aluminium foil and heat them up in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 5 minutes. Clean, wash and cut iceberg lettuce into fine strips. Remove tortillas from the oven. Cut ham into strips. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into rings.
Spread 2-3 tablespoons of Farmer's Salad on one tortilla each, leaving about 1 cm space at the edge. Sprinkle iceberg lettuce, chives and boiled ham over it. On 2 opposite sides, fold the edge 2-3 cm towards the middle. Roll up from underneath and cut diagonally. Wrap a piece of sandwich paper around the ends and tie up with a ribbon
