Farfalle salad

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 500 g Noodles (Farfalle)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 100 g Bacon strips (e.g. Bacon Bits)
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 300 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 100 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 300 g Cabanossi

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Add peas and cook for 1 minute. Quench everything and let it drip off

    Skip the bacon in a pan without fat. Clean and wash spring onions, cut into rings and fry briefly. Pour into a large bowl

    Allow to cool slightly. Mix with yoghurt and mayonnaise. Season to taste. Fold in pasta and peas. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

    Wash, quarter, possibly seed and dice the tomatoes. Cut the cabanossi into slices. Fold both into the salad. Season to taste
