Ingredients

  • 12 Strawberries
  • 250 ml Elderflower Syrup
  • 2 (750 ml each) bottles of prosecco

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries and halve them according to size. Distribute in 12 hollows of an ice cube mould. Fill up with water and let it freeze overnight.

    Remove ice cubes from the mould, pour syrup and ice cubes into 12 glasses. Fill up with Prosecco and serve immediately.
