Egg ragout in tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) peeled
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomatoes
  • 200 g Pork sausage (in one piece)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 green peppers
  • 2 - 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper from the
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mill

Directions

    Clean and wash broccoli, divide into small florets and steam in little boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Hard boil eggs, peel and halve. Puree tomatoes. Dice sausage.

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the pepperoni, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut the pod into rings. Heat the oil and fry the onions, garlic, pepperoni and sausage in it.

    Add tomato sauce, bring everything to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add sauce thickener, stirring, sprinkle in and bring to the boil again briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add broccoli and egg halves to the hot sauce.
