  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1/4 l milk (3,5 %)
  • 1/8 l Mineral water
  • 50 g Butter or margarine
  • 150 g Maple syrup

Directions

    Mix eggs, salt, baking powder, flour, milk and mineral water to a smooth pancake batter. Let the dough swell for about 30 minutes. Heat the fat in a frying pan, put some batter in the pan and bake until golden on both sides.

    Bake 12 pancakes one after the other and keep warm. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup.
