Ingredients

  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Advocaat (substitute for Baileys liqueur)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 10 Ladyfingers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Pistachio kernels or chopped pistachios

Directions

    Whip the cream until stiff. Stir quark, 4 tablespoons liqueur, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. fold in cream

    Coarsely crumble the lady fingers. Coarsely chop the pistachios. Mix both. Layer alternately with the quark cream in 4 dessert glasses. Drizzle the rest of the egg liqueur over them
