Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 3 discs Bacon
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g finished dumpling dough "Thuringian style" (cooling shelf)

Directions

    Clean and sanitize the mushrooms. Cut mushrooms and bacon into fine cubes. Wash parsley, shake dry and remove leaves. Cut leaves into strips. Heat oil in a pan and fry mushrooms and bacon briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper, add parsley.

    Quarter the dumpling dough, press flat and spread the mushroom mixture on top, except for 2 tablespoons. Shape into smooth round dumplings. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil at medium heat, add dumplings and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes. Lift out of the water, cut in half and put on plates. Sprinkle with remaining filling
