Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 package (400 g) tomato pieces/cubes
  • 30 g black olives
  • 1 TEASPOON small capers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal-Oelek

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil. Sauté onions in it. Stir in tomato paste, then add the tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes.

    Chop the olives finely. Add olives and capers to the sauce. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and sambal oelek. Serve the sauce warm or cold
