Dessert cream in four variations: Almond Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 1/2 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 50 g ground almonds with skin

Directions

    Beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Mix starch and 100 ml milk until smooth and stir into the egg yolk-sugar mixture. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and gradually stir into the starch mixture with a whisk.

    Pour the milk back into the pot and bring to the boil while stirring. Roast ##almonds## in a pan without fat, take out and stir into the ##vanilla## cream.
