Dates in sage-bacon coat with almond filling

  • 7-10 Tbsp Dates (seeded)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Toothpicks

Directions

    Fill the cored dates with almonds. Halve the bacon strips. Put sage leaves on bacon strips and wrap dates in them and fix them with a toothpick.

    Place the prepared dates in a casserole dish in the preheated oven. Air circulation: approx. 180°C Duration: approx. 10 min.
