Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 eggs (Gr. M), 250 g flour
  • 150 g soft butter
  • 70 g + 450 g + 1-2 tablespoons
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch salt, flour f. hands
  • 10 Liquorice snails
  • 10 Dominos
  • 10 brown cakes (e.g.
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kemm'sche) or butter biscuits
  • 5 green and red
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fruit Gum Cord
  • 7-10 Tbsp brown and red sugar writing
  • baking paper, cling film

Directions

  1. 1

Separate the eggs first. Put flour, butter, egg yolk, 70 g icing sugar, vanillin sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Knead everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in foil and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven: Electric cooker: 200 °C (convection: 175 °C / gas: level 3). Line a baking tray with baking paper

  2. 2

Form 30 small balls from the dough with floured hands, press them slightly flat on the baking tray. Bake them in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Take them out and let them cool down. Beat the egg whites with 1-2 tablespoons of water until stiff. Let 450 g icing sugar trickle in. Dip the cookies one by one into the icing with a fork, let them drip off, then dry them on the cake rack

  3. 3

For the hats, put some icing on the middle of each liquorice snail and place a domino on top of each. For the hats, put some icing on the flat side of 10 cookies and place one cookie with the flat side on top. Stick these double cookies onto a brown cake

  4. 4

Glue 1 hat to the round side of each of the other cookies with cast iron. Stick them as heads on the "bodies" and let them dry. Tie the fruit gum around the neck as a scarf, cut off the ends. Draw eyes, mouth and nose on the snowmen with sugar writing, dust them with icing sugar
