Curry yoghurt dressing with lime

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 1 hazelnut-sized piece of ginger
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 200 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Wash lime hot, grate dry, finely grate peel. Peel ginger, chop finely. Heat oil in a pot, remove from heat, stir in curry and ginger, sweat briefly and mix in a bowl with yoghurt and lime juice and zest, season with salt, pepper and sugar

    Mix dressing with salad, season again and serve
