Curry sausage with chips

Ingredients

  • 200 g deep-frozen fries
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 50 g Vegetable maize (canned)
  • 1 (approx. 175 g) Bratwurst
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 100 ml clear broth (instant)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Curry Spice Ketchup
  • 1 TABLESPOON Danish mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp lettuce leaves and tomato slices

Directions

    Spread the frozen French fries on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for about 20 minutes. Turn over after about 15 minutes. In the meantime peel onion and cut into slices.

    Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into fine strips. Rinse and drain the corn. Cut the bratwurst slightly. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the sausage for about 5 minutes while turning. Add onion wedges and paprika.

    Fry in the frying fat with the sausage for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with curry. Deglaze with stock and ketchup. Stir in corn, bring to the boil. Arrange chips with mayonnaise, sausage and vegetables with salad garnish.
