Clean broccoli, wash it and cut it into small florets. Peel the stems and cut into fine slices. Cook in 400 ml boiling salted water for about 7 minutes. Then drain and store the stock.
Meanwhile wash the meat and cut into cubes. Cut the chili into fine rings. Heat sesame oil. Brown the meat in it for about 5 minutes, season with salt and deglaze with broccoli stock. Stir in the chilli and curry sauce powder immediately.
Cook at low heat for about 10 minutes. Heat the broccoli in it. Serve garnished with mint.
