Ingredients

  • 1 red, green and yellow peppers (about 600 g)
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 500 g Pork escalope
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Curry
  • 1 collar Parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into thin strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the mung beans. Wash pork cutlets, dab dry and cut into thin strips.

    Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Add onion, paprika and sprouts and steam for about 5 minutes while stirring. Wash parsley, dab dry, chop and sprinkle over the pan
