Curd pancakes with vanilla cherries

Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS (20 g) Butter
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 (40 g) go. tablespoon semolina
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 glass (720 ml) Cherries
  • 1/2 package Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt

Directions

    Melt the butter at a mild heat. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir in semolina, baking powder, milk, butter and half the quark. Heat the oil in a pan (approx. 24 cm Ø)

    Cover the dough and bake for about 10 minutes. Drain the cherries. Collect the juice, bring to the boil. Mix pudding powder and 3 tbsp. water. Stir into the juice, bring to the boil again briefly

    Fold in the cherries and let everything cool down. Slide the pancakes onto a flat pot lid. Turn the pancake upside down and bake for about 8 minutes until golden brown

    Stir the remaining quark and yoghurt until smooth. Cut the pancake into large pieces. Add vanilla cherries and
