Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter or margarine
  • 250 g Blackberries
  • 750 g Low-fat curd
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 3 tablespoons (60 g) Semolina
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 2 tl (10 g) Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice and grated zest of 1 untreated lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and semolina
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar

Directions

    Melt the fat and let it cool down. Sort the blackberries, rinse cold and drain well on kitchen paper. Mix quark, eggs, semolina, sugar, vanillin sugar, pudding powder, baking powder, lemon juice and zest well.

    Finally, stir in liquid fat. Carefully fold the berries into the quark mixture. Grease a springform pan (26 cm Ø) and sprinkle with semolina. Add the cake mixture and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 60-70 minutes.

    Remove from the mould and allow to cool completely. Dust with icing sugar. Makes about 12 pieces.
