For the cucumber classic, peel and dice the cucumber. Puree with yoghurt and milk using a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and cumin.
For the mangolassi, squeeze the lime. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Peel the mango, cut the flesh into slices from the stone. Finely puree yoghurt, milk, mango, lime juice, ginger and sugar with a hand blender.
Season to taste with cinnamon and cardamom.
