Crispy wafers from wheat flour

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 100 g Butter or margarine
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Bee Honey
  • 120 g Coconut flake
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1 untreated lemon
  • 4 TSP Lemon juice
  • 480 ml Mineral water (carbonated)
  • 200 g Wheat flour (Type 1050)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Melt the fat at low heat. Separate eggs. Cream egg yolk with honey and fat. Gradually stir in the remaining ingredients.

    Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the dough. Fry in the greased waffle maker bit by bit. Also fill with lemon curd
