Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) thick slice of cooked ham
  • 750 g Pork sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 thick, rustic baguette or meter bread (400-450 g)
  • 50 g butter/margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 TEASPOON getr. Oregano
  • baking paper

Directions

    Peel the onions. Dice 2, cut 1 into fine rings. Cut cheese coarsely, ham finely. Knead ground pork, ham, diced onion and half of the cheese, pepper

    Cut the baguette in half, cut the halves lengthwise. Coat with fat if necessary. Spread the ground pork on top and press in the rest of the cheese cubes. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with onion rings, paprika and oregano

    Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for 45-50 minutes. Cut into 3-4 pieces. Taste warm and cold
