Melt the butter and let it cool down a little. Coarsely grate the marzipan. Knead the marzipan, 100 g sugar, flour, egg and butter with the dough hooks of the hand mixer into crumbles. Grease a springform pan (26 cm Ø). Put approx. 2/3 of the crumbles into the form, press it to a flat bottom, while pulling up one edge. Put it in a cold place.
Mix crème fraîche with 1 tablespoon of sugar and sauce powder. Wash and stone the cherries. Mix with jam. Pour crème fraîche cream on the bottom and smooth it down. Add the cherries and spread the rest of the crumble on top.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) on the bottom shelf for 35-45 minutes. Let cool on a cake rack. Dust with icing sugar. Whipped cream tastes good with it
