Ingredients

  • 300 g Wheat flour
  • 100 g Sifted icing sugar
  • 100 g ground hazelnuts
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 package/s Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 g soft butter
  • 1 package/s Baking Powder

Directions

    Mix the flour, sugar, nuts, salt, vanilla sugar and the baking powder in a bowl divide the butter into small pieces and add the egg

    Mix all ingredients with a mixer with dough hook or fork to a dough and knead on a floured table top to a smooth dough

    Place in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes Form a light roll that is slightly thinner at the ends. Place the rolls like a crescent on a floured baking tray

    Preheat the oven, bake the cigars at 175 degrees for 12 minutes, then sprinkle the cigars with icing sugar
