Crêpes with rum raisins

Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Raisins
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1/4 l + 1/2 l milk
  • 1 package sauce powder "chocolate"
  • 1 TABLESPOON Almond slivers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Wash the raisins and sprinkle with rum. Flour,

    Mix eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/4 l milk. Leave to swell for approx. 15 minutes

    Stir 6 tbsp. milk with sauce powder and 2 tbsp. sugar until smooth. Boil up the remaining milk. Stir in sauce powder and simmer for about 1 minute. Let cool down if necessary

    Roast the almonds in a small coated pan. Remove. Spread a thin layer of oil on the pan and heat it up. Bake 4 thin crêpes from the dough in it, one after the other. Let them cool down a little bit

    Mix 4 sour cream, raisins together with rum and 1 tablespoon sugar. Spread on the crêpes. Roll up the crêpes and arrange with some chocolate sauce, almonds and icing sugar. Add the rest of the sauce
