Cream spaghetti with salmon & vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 50-75 g smoked salmon in slices
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 250 g raw large shrimps (peeled)
  • 400-500 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON sauce thickener
  • 1/2 bunch Dill

Directions

    Put on plenty of salt water for the pasta. Meanwhile peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean, wash and flake the mushrooms, cut the salmon into strips

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Wash the prawns briefly, dab dry and fry them briefly, add onion and garlic. Fry everything while turning for approx. 2 minutes

    Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes until bubbly

    Season prawns with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Remove from the pan. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the frying fat and heat. Fry the mushrooms well in it. Deglaze with 1/2 l water and cream, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes

    Pouring sauce. Add salmon and prawns and heat. Wash, chop and stir in the dill. Season sauce again. Drain the noodles and arrange everything on plates

    Drink: light white wine
