Cut bacon into strips. Wash and finely chop the chives
Whisk eggs and cream. Stir in peas and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Fry bacon without fat until crispy. Drain
Spread 6-8 small moulds (each containing approx. 150 ml) with the bacon fat. Fill in scrambled eggs. Put them in a hot oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for 15-20 minutes. After about 10 minutes stir from time to time and allow to set. Serve with bacon
