Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable onion (approx. 250 g)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 200 ml Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cranberries in their own juice

Directions

    Peel and chop the vegetable onion. Boil up onion cubes, sugar, vinegar and pepper in a pot and let it boil down for about 20 minutes. Fold in cranberries. Let cool off. Arrange in a small bowl
