Couscous with strawberries, bananas and caramelized pine nuts

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Couscous
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Bananas
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 40 g Pine nuts
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Honey

Directions

    Pour 250 ml of boiling salted water over the couscous. Leave to swell for at least 10 minutes in a closed pot

    Peel and slice the bananas. Wash, clean and finely dice the strawberries

  3. 3

    Caramelise pine nuts and sugar in a pan until golden brown. Loosen the couscous with a fork. Stir in honey. Add bananas and strawberries. Sprinkle with the pine nuts
