Cover two baking sheets or trays with baking paper. Coarsely chop the chocolate coating and melt in a hot water bath. Leave to cool slightly.
Finely dice the apricots. Add almonds, apricots and cornflakes to the liquid chocolate coating and mix well.
With the help of two tablespoons, place small heaps on the trays. Allow to dry. Remove the cornflake biscuits from the baking paper. Keep dry and cool in well sealed cookie tins.
