Ingredients

  • 2 Corncob
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 16 baby potatoes
  • 1 green peppers
  • 16 red chillies
  • 8 discs Bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 Metal skewers

Directions

    Clean and wash the corncobs and cook in boiling salted water for about 45 minutes. Wash potatoes and cook with skin in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Peppers clean, wash and cut into pieces. Wash chillies and dab dry. Drain the corn on the cob, rinse with cold water and let it cool down a bit.

    Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water and peel. Wrap each potato with a halved bacon slice. Cut the corncobs into pieces. Put potatoes, corn, peppers and chillies alternately on skewers. Season with salt and pepper and fry in hot fat all around for about 8 minutes
