Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each, drained weight 285 g) Vegetable maize
  • 1 red and green pepper
  • 4 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Drain the corn well. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. Separate eggs. Mix corn, paprika and egg yolk. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the vegetables with the flour.

    Heat the oil in portions, add the cake mixture by the spoonful and bake on both sides until golden brown.
