Colourful waffles

Ingredients

  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 250 g Flour
  • 175 ml Milk
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 40 g Mini chocolate lentils
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Beat the fat, 100 g sugar and 1 packet of vanillin sugar until fluffy. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Alternately add flour and milk one by one. Preheat waffle iron. Coat with a little oil.

    Bake about 10 waffles of the dough one after the other until golden brown. Mix quark, 20 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar vigorously. Put 1 large portion of quark on half of the waffles. Sprinkle the quark with chocolate lentils and place the second wafer on top.

    Dust with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
