Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until firm to the bite
Clean, wash and cut the peppers into thin strips, possibly halve them. Peel onion and garlic. Chop the onion finely. Chop garlic very finely or press it through a garlic press
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the onion and garlic in it. Add paprika and steam for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
Wash and pluck the basil and cut it into strips, except for a little garnish. Cut cheese into small cubes
Drain the pasta and let it drain. Add pasta, basil and cheese to the peppers and mix well. Heat for 2-3 minutes while turning. Arrange everything and garnish with the rest of the basil
