  • 100 g soft butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 9 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 package Vanilla Pudding Powder
  • 3 deleted Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 25 g + 75 g whole milk chocolate
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Pistachio kernels
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp coloured sugar sprinkles

    Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with the whisk of the mixer. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Add 4 tablespoons of milk. Mix flour, pudding powder and baking powder and stir in briefly.

    Pour the dough into a piping bag with a large perforated spout. Spray about 15 tuffs (5-6 cm Ø each) onto two baking trays lined with baking paper. In a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see

    manufacturer) bake for about 18 minutes. After approx. 10 minutes, brush the Americans with 4-5 tablespoons of milk and bake. Let it cool down.

    Roast almond flakes without fat until golden brown. Finely chop 25 g chocolate and pistachios. Break 75 g chocolate into pieces and melt in a hot water bath. Mix icing sugar with lemon juice to a thick icing.

    Coat the flat side of the Americans with the icing, leaving half of 3 Americans free and spread with chocolate. Sprinkle the icing with flaked almonds, chopped chocolate, sugar sprinkles or pistachios.
