Ingredients

  • 250 g Tortellini
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 les poivrons jaunes, verts et rouges
  • 1 Lemon Leek Strip
  • 400 g Cooked ham
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chinese spice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g rubbed gauda

Directions

    Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.

    Clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Cut ham into cubes. Mix tortellini, vegetables and ham and put into a casserole dish.

    For the icing mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the tortellini. Sprinkle everything with cheese.

    Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
