Cole Slaw with paprika

Ingredients

  • 1 White cabbage (about 1,5 kg)
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 10 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Mayonnaise

Directions

    ##Cabbage## Clean, wash and quarter it. Slice or cut into fine strips. ##Peel and finely chop the onions. Sprinkle with 2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. sugar. Knead well. Let the cabbage steep for about 30 minutes.

    Clean, wash and finely chop the peppers. ##Peasley## wash, chop. Mix both with vinegar, oil and mayonnaise under the cabbage. Season to taste. Cover and leave to stand for at least 2 hours.
