Cold-stirred raspberry mango confiture

  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 1 small mango
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 1 (200 g) Bag of gelling sugar for cold-stirred fruit spreads

Directions

    Raspberries selected. Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the stone and dice. Weigh 100 g mango.

    Puree the mango, raspberries, lime juice and jam sugar with a hand blender for 45 seconds. Pour the jam into clean twist-off jars and close them. Store jam in the refrigerator and use up quickly.
