  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 4 (150 g each) Mug of whole milk yoghurt
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Clean and wash the radishes and cut or grate them into fine sticks. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Stir yoghurt and cream until smooth. Stir in radishes and chives. Season soup with lemon juice, salt and pepper
