Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 5 Eggs (size M)
  • 325 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 375 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 1/8 l Oil
  • 200 ml Coca-Cola
  • 150 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 10 g Coconut oil
  • 50-75 g Mini-Marshmallows
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

  1. 1

Beat the eggs, 225 g sugar and vanillin sugar until creamy with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in flour, baking powder, oil and cola. Grease 6 ramekins (each 8 x 12 cm; 325 ml) and sprinkle with flour. Add the dough. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 175 ° C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 45 minutes. Take out the cake and let it cool down.

  2. 2

Coarsely chop the chocolate coating. Melt the coconut oil and chocolate coating in a bowl over a warm water bath, then allow to cool. Spread chocolate icing on the cake, add marshmallows and chill for about 30 minutes. Caramelise 100 g sugar and deglaze with 100 ml water. Boil the caramel while stirring occasionally and let the sauce cool down. Just before serving, cut the cake in half and pour the caramel sauce over the cakes (if the sauce is too thick, dilute with a little water)
