Drain the peaches. Wash apple and pear, dab dry, remove core and cut flesh into slices. Peel banana and cut into pieces. Melt butter in a pan.
Stir in coffee powder and espresso and let it bubble up. Add the fruit, except the peaches, and bring to the boil again. In the meantime cut the peaches into slices. Remove the pan from the heat and add the peaches.
Leave to stand for 1 minute. Arrange warm fruit and vanilla ice cream on plates and decorate with mint.
