Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric or curry
  • 300 g Basmati rice
  • 600 ml Coconut milk (see box)
  • 300 g Long grain rice
  • 1 TABLESPOON grated coconut

Directions

    Boil 600 ml water, a little salt and turmeric. Cover the basmati rice and let it swell for about 20 minutes

    Bring coconut milk and salt to the boil. Covered long grain rice and let it swell for 20 minutes. Loosen rice and sprinkle with turmeric or coconut flakes
